Right of Withdrawal

(1) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VOGTLAND Autosport GmbH, Alemannenweg 25 - 27, 58119 Hagen, Phone: +49 2334 801-36, Fax: +49 2334 801-24, Email: vertrieb@vogtland.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

(2) We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal declaration on a durable medium.

(3) The right of withdrawal shall expire in any case twelve months after the conditions for the commencement of the period have been met, regardless of whether the withdrawal notice was properly provided.
